Most items are shipped from our main office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Our goal is to ship to you the same day you ordered, up to 3:00 pm, eastern time. Items marked 'out of stock' will take longer to process. You will receive an email and tracking number when your package is on the way.

Returns, Exchanges

At IAHE, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise, we carefully inspect each order prior to shipment to insure customer satisfaction, however if you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your merchandise.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days after your receipt of merchandise. Items must be in original packaging to receive credit.

Returned merchandise should be shipped to the address listed on the packing list. This will be found in your original shipment. When returning via UPS, DHL, or FED EX, please be sure to obtain a tracking number for your reference. When returning via the Post office, be sure to request a delivery confirmation. In all cases, be sure to insure the package for the full value including shipping.

All customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Original Shipping charges are non refundable.

Returns will be refunded based on the original merchandise purchase price and will be refunded to the original method of payment.

All returns are processed within a week of receipt.
