Allen Merrell co-founded The Upledger Institute with Dr. John Upledger in 1985. As CEO, he helped get the business, marketing, and seminar side up and running throughout the United States and Canada. in 1991, he turned over the reins to John Matthew Upledger, who continued to build and make the Institute what it is today. Allen went on to form The A.W.Merrell Group, a computer consulting firm with which he remains involved. Allen works with IAHE as a consultant, and advisor.

Tom has more than two decades of commercial real estate experience in asset management, property management, leasing, sales, strategic planning, financial analysis and acquisition due diligence. His designations and licenses include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. Mr. McGeachy is past President of the West Coast District of the Florida CCIM Chapter. He holds a B.A. in General Business from Stetson University and an M.B.A. from Babson College, and is the Managing Principal of Ciminelli Real Estate Services of Florida, LLC.

John Matthew Upledger
John Matthew Upledger worked side-by-side with his father for many years to further and promote the therapy that Dr. Upledger developed and organized so that therapists around the world could learn CranioSacral Therapy. He worked with Jean Pierre Barral and the Barral Institute team to foster and train tens of thousands of therapists in Barral modalities worldwide, and initiated the formation of IAHE, IAHP and the D'Ambrogio Institute.
