Additionally, it discusses how bone water changes with age and disease conditions like osteoporosis, chronic kidney disease, diabetes, and osteogenesis imperfecta, and evaluates the potential of targeting hydration therapeutically, particularly with drugs like raloxifene, to improve bone resilience and fracture resistance.
